Pixwick Games ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile game applications (referred to collectively as the "Service" or "Games"). By downloading, installing, or playing our Games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or play our Games.

We process information to deliver a smooth gaming experience, analyze crash metrics, and serve relevant advertising. The types of data we may collect include:

  • Device & Network Identifiers: Your device model, operating system (Android/iOS), IP address, mobile carrier, browser type, and language settings.
  • Gameplay Data: Technical logs of game performance, crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics), levels completed, in-game achievements, high scores, and session duration.
  • Mobile Advertising Identifiers: Your Google Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). These are unique, resettable IDs provided by your device's OS used to display and personalize in-game ads.

2. Third-Party Integrations & SDKs

Our mobile games are built using third-party SDKs that collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We disclose the integration of the following service providers:

3. Purpose of Processing Data

We use the processed data for the following lawful business purposes:

  • To operate, support, and optimize our Games.
  • To save game progression and sync leaderboard data across devices.
  • To debug technical issues and monitor crash rate statistics.
  • To serve and personalize ads, including frequency capping (limiting how many times you see an ad).
  • To fulfill legal requirements and maintain play console security policies.

4. Data Deletion Request ("Right to Erasure")

In accordance with Google Play Store guidelines and international privacy laws, we provide users with the right to delete their data. If you wish to request the deletion of any data linked to your device identifier or email, please submit a request:

  • Details needed: Please mention the name of the Game and, if possible, your Google Play Game Service Username or Advertising ID (optional, to help identify your profile).

Upon receipt, we will process your deletion request within 30 days and erase all related logs from our analytics database.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you hold the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
